The Board received a question regarding the CPHOA lawn watering requirements. From a homeowner, "water is critical and expensive, as it should be." How does the board manage watering requirements? As a community, we need to be respectful and resourceful of this precious resource in our yard care and lives". The CPHOA homeowners do not expect our yards to look like "golf courses," however, we all must keep our yards as green as possible, especially with the high temperatures.
Attached are the lawn watering recommendations from our lawn care provider and a couple of key areas are highlighted in yellow.
