Hello Homeowners,
The Board of Directors are looking forward to your attendance at the CPHOA Quarterly Meeting at Dillons & Wakarusa this Wednesday, December 11, at 6:30 p.m. Below is additional information from the initial invitation sent earlier.
The Board will hold their meeting and before adjournment, will open the meeting up for homeowners. Each homeowner will have 3 minutes to present their concerns or make suggestions on how the association can make improvements to our neighborhood.
Please email eseeman47@gmail.com before 1:00 p.m. Wednesday if you will be attending and for those with suggestions, briefly describe to be added the agenda. You do not have to be present to make suggestions. A copy of the agenda will be handed out to those who reply.
