Subject:	Annual HOA Meeting Announcement
Greetings Fellow Neighbors, Our annual meeting is coming up soon on March 17, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Dillon’s Bistro at 6th and Wakarusa at 6:30pm. Why it is imperative that you participate in this meeting! • To conduct business, we need to have a quorum of homeowners at the meeting of at least fifty percent (50%) of the authorized voters (Homeowners). • We NEED the support of all Homeowners to continue to receive the services of the Association – lawn care, snow removal, enforcement of the Bylaws and Declarations for exterior maintenance (i.e. paint color, landscaping, and lawns) of Duplex Units and Lots to meet the appearance standards of the association and more. • You will find out the financial position of your HOA. • You will have the opportunity to have a voice in your neighborhood. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you can designate a proxy to vote for you. Your proxy: • CANNOT be an Owner in the CPHOA • MUST be made in writing • MUST be attested by a notary public • MUST be submitted to the Secretary prior to any vote taken at all meetings of the members • Is not valid for more than twelve (12) months after the date of execution.
